Aero Port Services, Inc.("APS") offers air carriers at Los Angeles International Airport ("LAX") Interline baggage transfer service; it is a complete service-oriented interline baggage transfer service, connecting nine(9) separate terminals. APS is committed to provide a consistent, reliable, quality service at LAX.

APS understands the dynamics and complexity of the interline baggage handling. In order to successfully execute interline baggage handling, APS created and manages an Integrated Team Operation Plan. APS is not only bringing the service level to just meet the airlines' requirement but to exceed in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness. Below is a list of services provided by our Interline Baggage Service Division:

	Structures and Maintains the service to allow for completion of baggage transfer within 25 minutes from pick-up to drop-off
	Loads and Unloads interline transfer baggage to/from Airline carts or as specified by each airline
	Provides sufficient supervision to ensure continual distribution of transfer baggage
	Investigates and Responds to incidents of baggage theft/pilferage with vigilant pro-active prevention program
	Maintains and offers airlines the Web-based Real-Time Automated Tracking Software that records all interline baggage that transferred. Recorded information is available to the designated end users (participating airliners) to generate reports and statistics to demonstrate the criteria of performance.

LAX Badge Office fingerprints all employees.

All employees will have proper LAX
Identification and Security Guard permits.

LAWA Police will train all employees posted
at Airport Access Areas.

Bi-annual screener training.
